1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Forge Labs AI Ltd, which owns and operates minionHUB. You accept these terms when you create a minionHUB account.

2. What minionHUB does

minionHUB builds AI agents to your description and runs them for you. minionHUB's agents use AI models from a separate AI company.

3. Your account

minionHUB accounts are open by invitation only for now. You must be at least 18 years old and use minionHUB for your work or business. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep access to your sign-in email safe.

4. Prices and payment

The prices are on the Pricing page. You pay in advance by card. minionHUB's payment provider handles your card details, and minionHUB never sees or stores your card number. Refunds follow the Refunds and cancellations page. minionHUB emails you at least 30 days before any price change, and tasks you have already bought keep the price you paid.

5. Your material and your results

You own the material you give minionHUB and the results your agents produce. minionHUB uses your material only to build and run your agents. You confirm that you have the right to give minionHUB that material.

6. What you may not do

You may not use minionHUB to break the law, to harm or deceive anyone, to send unwanted mass email, or to break into any system. minionHUB may stop an agent that breaks these rules.

7. AI can make mistakes

Your agents' results are produced by AI and can be wrong. Check any important result before you rely on it.

8. Availability

minionHUB aims to run without interruption but cannot promise that it always will.

9. Limits on minionHUB's responsibility

minionHUB is responsible only for a problem that you report to admin@minionhub.ai within one month of the task that caused the problem. minionHUB's total responsibility to you is limited to the amount that you paid minionHUB in the month before your report. minionHUB is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Ending

You can close your account at any time on your Settings page. minionHUB may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and minionHUB tells you why.

11. Changes to these terms

minionHUB emails you at least 14 days before these terms change.

12. Law

The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms, and the courts of England and Wales decide any dispute.
