Who is responsible for your information

Forge Labs AI Ltd, which owns and operates minionHUB, is responsible for your information. You can contact minionHUB at admin@minionhub.ai.

What minionHUB keeps

To build and run your agents, minionHUB keeps:

• your name and email address, which you give when you join;
• your conversations with minionHUB and the description of each of your agents;
• the files and emails that you give your agents, and the results that your agents produce;
• the email addresses that you choose for your agents to work with.

To keep your account safe, minionHUB also keeps the internet address of your device when you sign in. minionHUB never sees your card number.

How your information is protected

• Your information is encrypted while it travels and while it is stored.
• minionHUB keeps each customer's information separate from every other customer's information.

Why minionHUB uses your information

• To build and run your agents.
• To keep your account safe.
• To take payment and keep payment records.
• To answer you when you contact minionHUB.

minionHUB does not sell your information and does not use it for advertising.

Who else handles your information

• minionHUB uses other companies for its hosting, its database, sending email, taking payments, and the AI models that run your agents. Each company handles only what its job needs.
• The company whose AI models run your agents does not use your information to train its models.
• When your agent searches the web or reads a web page, the websites it visits receive those requests.

Where your information is kept

minionHUB keeps your information in the United States. The AI models that run your agents may process your information in other countries.

How long minionHUB keeps your information

• Your account, your agents and your files are kept while your account is open, and are deleted within 30 days of your closing your account.
• Records of sign-ins and the internet addresses of devices are kept for 90 days.
• Payment records are kept for as long as UK tax law requires.
• Copies of emails held by minionHUB's email company delete themselves after 30 days.

Cookies

minionHUB uses only the cookies that are needed to sign you in. minionHUB uses no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies. minionHUB's public pages set no cookies at all.

Your rights

• You can ask to see, correct, download or delete the information that minionHUB holds about you, by emailing admin@minionhub.ai. minionHUB answers within one month.
• You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

Age

minionHUB is for people aged 18 and over.
