Refunds and cancellations

The fee to build an agent

• You pay US$50 when you approve the description of your agent.
• If no trial of your agent does what its description says your agent should do, minionHUB refunds the US$50 in full.
• To ask for this refund, email admin@minionhub.ai within 14 days of paying the US$50.

Task packs

• minionHUB refunds a pack in full if you ask within 14 days of buying the pack and none of its tasks has been used.
• minionHUB does not otherwise refund unused tasks.
• A task that fails because of a fault in minionHUB is not counted, and that task goes back into your pack.

Automatic top-up

• Automatic top-up is off until you switch it on.
• You can switch automatic top-up off at any time on your Plan and billing page.
• When you switch automatic top-up off, minionHUB makes no further charges to your card.
• minionHUB emails you a receipt each time automatic top-up buys a pack.

Closing your account

• You can close your account at any time on your Settings page.
• When you close your account, your agents stop and minionHUB makes no further charges.
• minionHUB does not refund unused tasks when you close your account, unless the 14-day rule for packs applies.

How minionHUB pays a refund

• minionHUB answers every refund request within 5 working days.
• minionHUB pays every refund back to the card that you paid with.
• Your bank decides how long the refund takes to appear on your statement.
